Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions. Please review carefully before submitting a request:

Eligible for Refund
  • Service is completely not working after purchase
  • Technical issue that our support team cannot resolve
  • Duplicate payment charged for the same subscription
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Request submitted after 7 days of purchase
  • Service was delivered and is working correctly
  • Change of mind after accessing the service
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Internet connection issues on your end
  • Incompatible device not listed in our requirements

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

Include your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and the reason for your refund request

Our support team will attempt to fix the issue within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve it, your refund will be approved

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, please allow the following processing times:

5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

PayPal

3–5 business days to your PayPal account balance

Other Payment Methods

Up to 10 business days — processing time may vary by provider

Refund processing times are controlled by your bank or payment provider. Royal Stream IPTV Canada has no control over these timelines once the refund has been issued on our end.

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a system error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge.

  • Contact us immediately at support@royalstreamiptv.com
  • Include your order number and proof of both charges (bank statement or payment receipt)
  • The duplicate charge will be refunded within 3–5 business days
No time limit applies to duplicate payment refund claims — these will be honored regardless of when they are reported.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Royal Stream IPTV Canada subscription at any time. Please note the following:

  • Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund
  • Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation
  • Refunds for cancellations are only available within the 7-day refund window
Cancelling your subscription after 7 days of purchase does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused period.
